Shipping (Flexible Moulding or Architectural products)

All orders are generally shipped via UPS within 3-4 days from receipt of order.
Large orders of 50 pieces of more require a longer lead time and may be shipped on pallets via truck line.
In-stock items ordered by 2:30 Eastern time Monday through Friday ship the same day.

All flexible orders are subject to a $15 freight charge.

Shipping (Columns, Caps, and Bases)

All orders are generally shipped via UPS within 3-4 days from receipt of order.
Large orders of 20 pieces of more require a longer lead time.

Column orders are subject to a flat rate $129.00 freight charge.

**Columns can only be shipped to states east of Texas.**
**An additional $75 shipping charge is applied to column orders with delivery addresses in the 5 boroughs of NYC**

UPS Ground Shipping Maps

This map is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times.

Depending on the scope of your project, we can ship your order within three business days. Most deliveries will arrive palatalized and will be delivered via a commercial flatbed truck or tractor trailer. If palletized, cut the straps in the truck, remove shrink wrap and remove the columns one at a time. The drivers responsibility is to get the columns to the back of the truck and it is the customers responsibility to unload them from that point on. For tractor trailer deliveries, the freight line will call the day of delivery to make an appointment.  Upon receiving your product, if there is any sign of damage concealed or visible, you must note it on the bill of lading and then contact our customer support within 5 days at 1.877.655.6506 in order for a claim to be filed. Please inspect your shipment thoroughly.
