Warranties

Flexible Moulding Concepts warranties all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year from date of purchase. In the event the material is received defective, ResinArt East, Inc. will replace the material at no charge to the customer or Flexible Moulding Concepts will refund the purchase price.

Claims

Claims for damaged goods must be made directly with the transportation company and noted on the bill of lading at the time merchandise is received.
